Erato Hotel is a pleasant place to stay in Agia Marina. If you like a more relaxing and quiet atmosphere, then it's worth staying in Agia Marina rather than in Aegina town even if it makes getting there a bit more difficult (and costly if you miss the last bus and have to take a taxi instead). Within Agia Marina itself the hotel is located just far away enough from the most noisy part of town yet still close enough to get to where you need to go (restaurants, bus stop, beach) within just a few minutes' walk. The staff there also were very welcoming and friendly - check-in was a breeze. Breakfast also had a wide enough range of options. It also was nice to have a room literally right by the pool - the patio was a nice place to sit and relax (just be wary of the mosquitoes in the evening, though the hotel does conveniently provide anti-mosquito equipment if needed).

Everything, the room was really comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The compound is 1 minute from the beach and you can walk along there to the town in 5 minutes. There were friendly cats around. The owner was very helpful, friendly and responsive.

In April 2024, we stayed at three different hotels on Aegina. All were good, but Irides was by far our favourite. Spiros is the friendliest and most welcoming host you could hope for. The location on the coast is very scenic and there are plenty of charming details inside the grounds, like the fountain and giant chess set. Our sea view balcony faced the sunrise in the morning and the city lights of Athens at night. Also, this was the best hotel breakfast that we had on Aegina, due to the size of the spread and the fact that they slightly changed some of the options from day to day.

Boasting a patio with pool views, an infinity pool and free bikes, Ela Mesa can be found in Souvala, close to Souvala Beach and less than 1 km from Loutra Souvalas Beach.

Everything was good, the facilities, the location... The personnel are very nice and the owner really kind and helpful. Aegina is a wonderful island and the hotel is a jewel.

Facing the beachfront, LaLiBay Resort & Spa - Adults Only offers 5-star accommodation in Perdhika and has a bar, garden and private beach area.
