Amazing resort for the price, cleanliness and the staff were way above expectations. They went out of their way to make sure we get an early check-in since we had a very early flight, and the whole experience was flawless.

The experience was so good that I decided to tell it like a fairy tale... because that's how I felt. Once upon a time, there was a traveler who, upon crossing the gates of a palace between the sea and the desert, felt like she was entering a fairy tale. From the moment she set foot there, she knew two days wouldn't be enough and she would do whatever it took to extend her stay. The first welcome was enchanting: the reception team, with bright smiles and impeccable disposition, greeted us as if we were royalty. Every subsequent visit was the same: quick responses, magical solutions, and the constant feeling of being in good hands. Nancy, the great princess of the kingdom, number one, shone especially brightly among them. Always attentive, with luminous energy and boundless kindness, she made me feel contained, supported, and accompanied, as if I had a royal title. She resolved any doubt as if she were brandishing a magic wand capable of ordering the world. The entertainment staff filled every corner with laughter and music. Among them, Abdo shone as the master of ceremonies: he organized unforgettable shows, and the fire show was one of the most amazing things I've ever seen. In another corner of the palace, I met Ragab, the sage from the beauty salon. He spoke calmly and radiated joy, making me feel beautiful even before I tried his services. He was like a kind oracle who bestowed confidence just by talking. The Eternal Banquet Hall was another magical chapter. Every day, the chef and his army of cooks served an infinite variety of flavors and colors from all corners of the world. As a vegetarian, I never felt limited: from the first moment, they offered to prepare whatever I wanted, with personalized attention. I still remember a pasta that, I swear, was one of the best of my life. The second night, like a scene from a romantic story, Nancy organized a romantic dinner on the beach.

Amazing NEW hotel with friendly and super helpful stuff, high food quality, comfortable big rooms, adorable beach and sea, i recommend it to everyone! # Food: • The main restaurant offers good food, but during my two-week stay, I felt that it lacked variety. • Breakfast (7:00–10:00): There were always two types of salmon, fresh juices, smoothies, omelets, poached eggs, pancakes, waffles, strawberries, and plenty of fruits. • Lunch (12:30–14:30): Always a choice of meat or fish. The pasta with garlic, shrimp, and cream in the main restaurant is highly recommended. • Splash Bar (12:30–16:30): Great pizza, crispy chicken schnitzel, and fresh salads. • Bay View (12:30–16:00): Highly recommend the salmon sandwich and cheesecake. • Dinner (18:30–21:00): Tasty dishes in the main restaurant and both à la cartes. • Tao à la carte: Delicious soups and sushi. • Bay View à la carte: Highly recommend the baked salmon. • Also, great beachfront restaurants at Jaz Riviera and Iberotel. # Staff • Mr. Mohammed Khaled is a heart of this place. Special thanks to him – a highly professional manager who solved my issue within 10 minutes. • Thanks to Abdullah (reception) for the warm welcome and farewell gifts. • Excellent staff: • Alaa (Bay View): Attentive waiter. • Mahmoud Khali (main restaurant): Friendly and polite. • Mahmoud (lobby bar): Quick service, remembers your drink preferences. • Isabelle and Amélie (animation team): they both are friendly and amazing. # Territory • Green, well-maintained, with multiple pools and a large jacuzzi, plenty of sun loungers. • Nice evening walks between Jaz Riviera and Iberotel, but a nearby construction site makes it less pleasant. • On-site: pharmacy, mini-market, souvenirs, ATM (withdrawal fee: $4). • Diving center on the beach. # Rooms • Spacious, modern rooms with soft linens and comfortable pillows. • Glass bottled water, kettle, tea, coffee, paid minibar, iron available on request.

The hotel is a must try if you would like to stay in this area. Food was awesome especially the Italian restaurant, you can swim with dugong, what a unique experience.

Everything. The resort is beautiful, extremely clean, quiet and perfectly managed. The staff is nice and helpful. Nice shows, amazing food always different. Plenty of activities to plan during your stay. We loved everything and can't wait to come back. GREAT snorkeling with also sea turtles on site.

We spent an amazing relaxing week at Solymar Reef Marsa. - Excellent food: always varied with lots of choice. - Staff is very friendly and kind. - Our room was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping was done daily and impeccably. Thank you Mohammed! Highly recommend!

Rooms are spacious and clean, there is a great variety of food in the main restaurant, and two items on the grill at the lunch and dinner. The a la carte restaurants food was very tasty and delicious. Coral reefs and snorkeling was fantastic. It was an unforgettable experience when we saw dolphins swimming by us at the sea, also the sea turtle made a special appearance :). What makes this place really stand out is the people. The staff are hospitality professionals. We were a big large family (13 people) and I heard the same feedback from all my family. The staff made sure we were really having a memorable experience. Special thanks to Mr. Mohammed and Mr. Ahmed at the reception, Kasem at the guest relations, Mohammed at the grill station, and Omar at the main restaurant. Can't forget Om Adam and her freshly baked bread. You really made our experience exceptional.
