The hotel was such a lovely place to stay - the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious (excellent coffee, too), very handy for exploring the town. The shower was excellent, and the mattress extremely comfortable. Our dinner in the brewery restaurant was very well prepared, the beer was extremely good.

The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful. Having flown from Australia, we accidentally slept in,so 3 staff brought us up enormous trays of breakfast to the room, which was wonderful and we ate it on our terrace in the sunshine 🌞, which has a great view Teplice. The room is large, plenty of luggage space,comfy beds, little sitting area and good sized bathroom.

We had the 2 bedroom apartment and it was huge. The living room alone was bigger than some apartments we stayed in. The location was perfect. Very quiet but just a short walk from the center. On the basement there's a vietnamese restaurant, and a small communal park just around the corner. The manager was very helpful, too. I loved the bed, the mattress was firm enough for my taste and you could tell it was quality material

Really nice staff! They were so helpful and patient. We were put in a newer room and it was big. We went in the summer, so it was super hot, but the fan they provided really helped.

Location is good and was not difficult to find. The staff was friendly. The rooms were modern and well maintained. Breakfast was good. Overall very good for an overnight stay
