The hotel is wonderful clean and spacious. but on top of it the hospitality was great. The staff was friendly professional and helpful. They gave us great recommendation and made us special breakfast box since we left early in the morning.

Everything was perfect. Stayed here 2 nights before the W trek and 1 night after. The rooms have an insane view and the owners are super nice and accommodating, was ready to call us a cab which makes the fact that it’s not in town not an issue at all. The breakfast is also amazing and has the most amazing view. Would definitely recommend and if I’m ever back in Patagonia I’ll for sure be back!

Everything has been designed to make you love this place. Friendly staff, great facilities and beautiful landscapes. The restaurant was excellent too, and thanks to Jorge for looking after us. What a treat after a very long hike.

This hotel was exceptional especially for the price. Without details my first night in Peurto Natales was at another hotel & it was such a terrible experience I was on the phone calling family in Canada crying. I managed to find a wifi signal and found Casa Verde. The next day I went there. I cannot stress enough how kind and helpful Lee and his wife were. They're exceptional hosts. The room was large with a beautiful view of the mountains with a big clean bathroom. Water pressure in room is really cool and has a drying rack and a blow dryer.The breakfast in the morning is American style and delicious, I really appreciated it before my long days. Lee even packed me a lunch my 2nd day as I was leaving very early for a tour (430am). They really do go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable. As a solo female traveller, I really want to thank them. I almost had to cancel my vacation in Patagonia and this hotel ensured I felt safe and welcome. They also arranged a taxi for the airport for me and Lee made sure I knew what I should be charged. It was just so nice to have people care about their guests. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Size of the cabin. Being in the outskirts of the city enhances the feel of a Patagonia vacation and it feels safer. Breakfast in the room is perfect. Host is super attentive. We went to their restaurant and it was fantastic!

This boutique hotel is highly recommended and we would not hestitate to stay there again. We were warmly greeted on arrival by the owner Helio and his wife Luz. Both have travelled widely and the decoration in their hotel reflect this.
