The room is very chic and its brand new. Apparently its just 3 years old but I love that they are very particular with the details such as the fur coat to keep you warm, the fur slippers (which are both faux fur btw). We got the room with the Matterhorn view and it was absolutely stunning. Especially when you want to see the Matterhorn glowing in sunrise and you dont want to get out of the hotel room yet! It was quite pricey for one night but we thought it was absolutely worth every penny. They set a high standard with hotels and next time we come back, definitely it will be Hotel Zermama again.

The receptionist (I think her name was Lucia) was very kind and helpful. She made my stay very enjoyable and problem free. The chef who prepared the meals was very courteous and he prepared the food in an artful way. His cooking was both pleasing to the eye and the palate.
