From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something truly special. The warm and genuine hospitality of the staff made us feel welcome immediately, as if we were old friends rather than first-time guests. Both breakfast and dinner were absolutely outstanding – fresh, flavourful, and clearly prepared with love and attention to quality. The spa treatments were exceptional, and the personalised care and attention made all the difference. The rooms were spotless, cosy, and elegantly decorated, blending modern comforts with a charming, homely feel. If you’re visiting Saas Fee, don’t miss the opportunity to hike one of the beautiful trails back to the hotel – it’s the perfect way to enjoy the stunning scenery before relaxing at the spa. This is more than just a hotel; it’s a sanctuary for anyone looking to truly unwind. We left feeling completely refreshed and already can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a personal, heartfelt wellness escape.

We loved how cozy and intimate the hotel was! Soa was perfect, loved the outdoor heated pool under the snow. They have a ski cabin to place your skis which is amazing. Food was excellent. Sheets were super soft and comfy.

The hotel is modern, with great facilities, including a very well equipped gym and a nice SPA. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well decorated (we stayed in 2.501 suite with mountain view). The mattress was of top quality. There are three restaurants in the hotel, we went to two of them (the Caesar Ritz and Del Ponte) and always enjoyed the meals, which were both tasty and creative. Notwithstanding, what we enjoyed the most was the service throughout. It was just exceptional. Ladies at the reception, waiters in the restaurants, hotel car drivers and room cleaning ladies, all made our stay memorable, and we are immensely thankful to them for such a great job. It is not so common. We would full heartedly recommend this hotel and hope to visit it again soon.

Stayed with my 3 kids for skiing for 4 days. Non fussy and family friendly. Complimentary afternoon tea was what we really enjoyed after skiing and were we got to relax at the fire and enjoy a game of chess cards and the use of their baby grand piano, next time we will be taking our practice sheets. Staff were just lovely. We will be back. Great value over all

my room was cozy and warm (travels in winter): the wooden furniture, wooden bed structure and the painting on the wall reminded me of my summer mountain holidays as a child. bliss. bed was comfy and all other amenities great. the friendliness of the staff, super. opposite the hotel property is a bus stop, so super close to other highlights in the area. breakfast was plenty and tasty.
