The room is very clean and comfortable. Although the toilet and shower are shared, I appreciate the privacy they offer at the hostel, which makes me feel at ease. The breakfast is good with nice ambience. It has locker FOC for you to use upon check-in or check-out. The hostel is next to the lake with nice view.

we had room service breakfast ...brilliant. Everything was just lovely. So helpful. Free travel card and discounts to attractions. Lovely position almost on the lake. Staff delighful. The most amazing suite with two of everything, two TVs, two sinks, two rooms, two toilets, two double wardrobes, two sofas, two tables, two balconies and even two big proper keys, with those old fashioned tassles. Old lovely hotel with new ideas. so good, so good, so good!

Everybody working in this hotel was very kind and professional. The reception and also the housekeeper department were very supportive and especially Fatima. The rooms are modern luminous and confortable and the 3 rd floor where I stayed was very quiet. I recommend it indeed.
