1. The location is superb..you can see the Famous waterfalls from the back of the property. 2. The hosts are friendly and helpful. They helped with all the inquiries we had. Communication before we arrive were super helpful. 3. The apartment is very clean and tidy. The kitchen has almost all the amenities you may need. There are even many spices to cook many kinds of food. There were welcome chocolates at our arrival. We requested not to provide alcohol during welcome, and the host honored that.request. 4. The balcony is very beautiful. We spend the evening in the balcony while enjoying calm and peaceful Lauterbrunnen. 5. Even though the apartment is right beside road and the bus station, there were not much loudness or disturbance. 6. There is a shaded car parking right behind the apartment. 7. Keys can be collected from letterbox using a code. Therefore it was easy to checkin anytime.

Great place with great view. The breakfast was very good. The rooms are clean as well as the bathroom and the toilet. It is a good idea to bring towels (or you can rent from there). The staff is great. We spent a great night at this place.

Excellent single room, very cute on the third floor. Fantastic view. Close to the mountain train down to Lauterbrunnen as well as to the gondola up to Schilthorn Comfortable bed. The breakfast was continental as well as eggs and sausages. Great bread and coffee. Great, helpful staff.

The hotel is amazing in every way. The room is spacious and clean, with spectacular mountain view. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful; a special shout out to Andrew for the amazing guidance on the local attractions. The breakfast was simply delicious; with cook to order eggs and coffee. I had an amazing stay! The restaurant system is fantastic and the food was absolutely delicious. The terrace is beautiful with a breathtaking view, perfect for relaxing.
