It is very clean and feels like newly furnished. It is next to the bus stop. Breakfast is modest yet good. Price was high, maybe because it was 30 dec.

The room was quite spacious, clean, and warm. The breakfast was also sufficient. The staff were attentive and friendly. I recommend it. In addition, the hotel’s architecture and the design of the rooms were very nice.

Room was value for money. Convenient location specially for late dinner. Didn't get breakfast. Had to deal with 3 receptionists and all of them were great, 5 Stars to them.

I like the fact that the room is 8 minutes walk from the train station, the surrounding is quiet. There are lots of shops around where you could go feed your eyes or shop if you like. There are also bars around if you want to go sit out for a drink. David indeed was exceptionally nice to us, and we look forward to going back there...And it was super cheap for such a beautiful room, and it's surrounding as well. Tschiertschen is a magical place, and Alpina Resort is the place to stay if anyone wants to explore this area. The hotel is strategically located, offers stunning views of the village, and provides skiers and snowboarders with the ski to door option. The quality of the hotel's restaurant is very high while the service of Dimitar and the rest of the staff was exceptional, something that was highly appreciated as we stayed there during the busy Christmas period. All very friendly and always helpful. Very highly recommended. We are definitely going back to this one.
