We arrived at 10.00am and were leaving on a flight home late that night, we only needed the room for a day stay, we had checked a hotel at the airport and their day stay was only 8 hours which didn't suit. River Rock Casino said they would try and get us in a room if available when we arrived. They absolutely catered to what we needed, our room was available on arrival. We couldn't fault any aspect of our stay there.

Thanks for your hospitality. Nancy? Stacy? Sorry. I am not good at remembering names, but a woman at the front welcomed me with such a high quality service. I am sure that she has a passion to work at the hotel. Everything was nice and perfect. Thank you so much. Airport shuttle was nice and the hotel is near from the Bridgeport. You can visit Gordon Ramsay's steak house and Costco in a walking distance.

Very pleased with our stay. The hotel and room are extremely clean and the breakfast was exceptional with some amazing servers who were very attentive. We appreciate how close the hotel is to the airport, and the shuttle service was right on time to take us back to YVR. Very efficient! We will stay again next time we visit Vancouver.
