The hotel is very good and clean. The room was very warm, I turned off the heating because it was hot. All night the heating was turned off but it was still very warm. I am very satisfied!

The staff was really good. The Night shift manager was Taylor , there was some problem with our booking but he sorted the issue immediately and was very nice and helpful.
