The highlight of the property was Mr.Alex,the Manager at the front desk,who is the most pleasant,polite,kind,motivated and happiest staff we have ever met during our years of experiences with different hotels all over the world.He is simply the best and is an asset to the IHG group. You can easily feel he tries his best to make his customers feel comfortable and happy . The one bedroom we had was very spacious, comfortable bed, and our balcony on the 6th floor had a great view. Fireplace and full kitchen was a great addition. Location was beautiful, and the on site pool/hot tub/restaurant was awesome. Definitely be back. Customer service was good, but front desk was confusing to follow at check-in. Might check the spa out next visit.
