This was our second time here. All was perfect as before, plus the restaurant has very nice breakfasts now (it was missed a year ago). This is really nice hotel with kind and helpful staff.

Loved the contact free, virtual check in/check out process. Nice, new, modern hotel with great rooms. Central location in Banff. Very helpful staff. And great to be able to use the facilities (pool, hot tub, steam room) at the sister hotel just across the road.

Really nice hotel based around 15 minutes walk from Banff town. Rooms are spotlessly clean . We had a King suite with a balcony. Small but nice breakfast buffet. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Very family orientated. Would highly recommend
