Quirky is a close word to describe it. The outdoor area is magical and you do feel like spending time there looking at decorative colourful things around the garden and pool. However I didn’t feel comfortable to swim in the cloudy water of the pool. The jacuzzi didn’t seem to be working. The house inside is also phenomenal and it’s nice to spend time on the top floor looking out the balcony to see locals pass by. The breakfast food was nice too with various cakes and some fruit. Coffee was tasteful which I had a few. I got nice scrambled eggs for my bread because there were no other options offered.

Ibis always has a standard of service and it is always acceptable but as this is a long way from the main cities I was not expecting the excellent level. Good beds, good showers, clean and friendly staff. The wifi was also good in the room. I travel a lot in Brazil and this place was a surprise, good breakfast and easy to find. I will come back here.
