We were staying in sunny beach and were messed around with our hotel and then had food poisoning for the whole week. We decided to book your beautiful hotel on the last day for a bit of luxury and to make us still feel like we had a holiday. The rooms were so clean and instantly smelt fresh as you walked in them. The food and drinks were top quality with staff everywhere ensuring hygiene regulations were met. Everyone was so friendly, especially the receptionist who made us feel so welcome. The sky bar was out of this world and the pool was amazing. We loved how comfy the sun beds were! Thank you so so much for making us fall in love with nessebar!

We liked the owner Mr. Chris very much. Very welcoming and helpful with joyful personality. Hotel is nice and clean and in perfect location. - the resort was well organised, everyone had a job and the target was to do it as well as possible (so I dare to say there is a great management team) - the pools area was daily cleaned - a lot of sunbeds around the pools (mention: we had our stay at the begining of season) - a lot of attractions and activities for children (including animation team, kids corner, water park) - bottles of water in the room, water dispenser and coffee machine on each floor - special phone number for complaints and suggestions (we had an issue during our stay, so I used the phone line mentioned and the manager offered a quick response in a very proactive way) - very good food, a lot of choises for every taste (even if the hotel was full, there was always food on plates and never waiting lines; lot of choises for snacks too (pizza, icecream, prezels, hotdogs - very big rooms and every day cleaning, very big an confortable beds - beach towels offered for free with the possibility of daily change

The apartment is perfect - it looks exactly like on the pictures, it is very spacy, clean and modern. It consists from a big living room connected with kitchen and a big balcony with a pool and garden view. Also there are 2 big rooms, one of them with the separate bathroom and one more bathroom in the corridor. It was very easy to accommodate - the owner was waiting for us, she showed us the whole apartment and gave us also the tips where to go to the restaurant etc. It is very close to the closest beach (1-2 min.) and to the city center, bars and restaurants. There are many possibilities around. But the surrounding is quit quiet - only children are playing there in the evening, no loud bars or restaurant around. The kitchen is fully equipped - there is a cooker, oven and all necessary dishes, so you can cook or prepare breakfast here. Тhere are three large parking lots on the territory of the complex. The yard was nice and clean, there are many flowers and they really care nice about it. Also the pool was quit big, excellent for morning swimming :) We were very satisfied and I really recommend to accommodate here.
