From the moment we entered the hotel, for the duration of our stay, we received wonderful treatment from all the staff members, at the reception, in the restaurant and everywhere. In short, it was wonderful! For sure we will return and only there.

RUZ Hotels has a fitness centre, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Istanbul. Perfect location, amazing rooftop bar with the best view of Istanbul. Fresh and tasty breakfast! And the staff was super friendly! We will definitely be back!

Conveniently located in Istanbul, Garlon Residence offers concierge services and free private parking. This is our second time with Garlon. Looks like they are turning into a huge multi-building facility. This time we stayed in a fresh-from-the-construction apartment. Some of the trivia was missing but the staff is amazing there as always— they are on duty literally 24/7 and fetch you what ever you ask for in a matter of minutes. Also they checked us in and out at a totally crazy hour — 2 & 3 am because of our red-eye flights. No questions asked, not extra pay, friendly and carrying our very heavy luggage for us. Wifi great, very quiet (essential for sensitive sleepers), very tasfully furnished, cleaned everyday.

Situated in the centre of Istanbul, Union Hotel Port is set 800 metres from Taksim Metro Station and 700 metres from Taksim Square. This 3-star hotel offers room service and a concierge service. A beautiful hotel with an amazing staff, they were friendly and very helpful 😊. It was my birthday and they congratulated me and gave me a symbolic gift, I was really astonished. The room was clean, wifi was goood. The hotel is close to tram and bus station.

Situated in Istanbul and with Istiklal Street reachable within 700 metres, The Soul Istanbul Hotel features concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a shared lounge. It was a great pleasure to be staying in The Soul Istanbul. All staff were extremely nice, but I would like to specially mention reception staff Baris and our bellboy Nizam as we had the most heartwarming interaction with them during our stay. Baris was warm and welcoming and he introduced us to the region so that we would know our way. He was also attentive enough to notice that it was my birthday upon check-in when I did not mention it at all, and surprised us with a birthday cake. Nizam was very kind and proactive in helping us with our luggage upon checkin and they both ensured our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The both of them are always warm and delightful whenever we come back to the hotel in the evening and made sure that our needs are well met. All these attention to detail is the important factor as to why I will definitely return to this hotel and recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues . Thank you everyone for the great service and hospitality, we will definitely be back again!

Boasting a bar and a terrace, DeCamondo Galata, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel is set in Istanbul, 0.2 km from Galata Tower and 1.6 km from Spice Bazaar. Wow, the location was fantastic. It allowed us to see a lot of things as almost everything is walking distance. The staff were superb, great at every level. It is more then recommended as you can see almost everything in a short time. The rooftop is a great addition and parking for free in Istanbul is a bonus.

Attractively located in the centre of Istanbul, DORUK PALAS HOTEL features air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a terrace. We booked this hotel based on the huge amount of positive reviews but I will admit we were a bit skeptical about believing them. I am so pleased to say this hotel lived up to the hype - an excellent location, a spotless room that was thoroughly cleaned every day and the friendliest and most helpful staff who were available all day every day. Special mention also to the highlight of our trip - Mr Osman, the hotel’s feline Head of Security. We would not hesitate to stay here again next time we visit Istanbul.

Conveniently set in the centre of Istanbul, Mukarnas Taksim Hotel provides air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a shared lounge. Hotel was great with great location. Near Istikalar street, but it was quiet. Also metro station is few minutes away. Room was great, bathoom also, expecially shower. Staff was, very polite, useful, offering tips for moving around the city. I would like to mention mr.Muzaffer and mr.Ayhan who were most usefull and wellcoming to us. Thank you.
