The resort itself was very large with many amenities, the staff were friendly and attentive, always so pleasant, always willing to help. The breakfast was exceptional with such a large range of food items to choose from! Chef Tom and the team were absolutely lovely and also went one step further by making us small treats! We dined at both the blue monkey and long Talay restaurants at the beach which had fantastic food choices at reasonable prices. The gym was of good standard with decent equipment. The room was spacious and within a short walking distance to the beach which we loved. Would love to visit again!

We shifted from regular room to deluxe which were a much better size than the regular beachfront rooms. The deluxe room was on second floor and much more private.
The beach was really nice and clean. It had soft sand and good for beginner swimmers like me.

Very nice hotel. We had a sea view room and it was very beautiful. View from restaurant is also wow! Internet is good. Cleaning was ok. Breakfast was the same, but it’s ok.

All bedrooms were en-suite, gym and games room were a great bonus especially as the villa is quite isolated

I wouldn't go back.
I was so disappointed by Koh Samui, I thought it was a nice place to go but aside from beautiful beaches and the views from the mountains, its really rough and run down.
Chaweng itself is like Magaluf. The strip is awful. But if you like that then you'd probably like it but not being a drinker or a partier I really hated it.
We did however eat at some really great restaurants all over Koh Samui

It is beautiful, wonderful, crystal clear, turquoise water. Do NOT let the reviews that say that this beach is "busy, loud, too crowded" deter you from coming. We were here in January-February during peak season and it was perfect! Never too crowded and never too empty. Perfect in my experience, I would come back. I did not prefer nor enjoy Lamai beach (supposed to be better, but I disagree).

Pretty big town for Samui.
Pretty big town for Samui. Lots to see, especially inland a bit where the market is, and the grittier streets. The area by the beach is all gated resorts and a bit bland/international. However, there's a real Thai town in Chaweng if you look beyond the resorts, and it's far more interesting.

Excellent location for the price, easy access to town and several attractions. We took a Song Taew to Wat Plailam for 150 Baht and walked to Big Bhuda Temple. Then took a taxi 200 baht to Fisherman Village. We had dinner at the Coco Tams Restaurant, it is little pricy but the atmosphere was fabulous, watched the Fire Show on the beach beside the restaurant.
Staffs at the Chaweng Noi Pool and Villa were very helpful and courteous.

Beautiful beach which is quieter and more relaxing than the main Chaweng beach. For relaxation and enjoying a leisurely dip in the sea and a snorkel, Chaweng Noi hits the spot, with crystal clear water and spotting an array of tropical marine fish and crabs.
There is not much in terms of choices of restaurants or bars therefore it is better to go into Chaweng or Lamai for more choice for food and drink - this is easily done by using NaviGo or hailing a taxi/hop on hop off red truck from the main road. There is a nice bistro bar which does good happy hour drinks but the mains were pretty mediocre, though the prices were pretty good - the chicken satay there is delicious!

The staff were incredible, always going above and beyond to make your stay one to remember. The breakfast was 10/10, such a large variety and definitely something for everyone. The resort was amazing, could not fault it at all. Location is in the quieter area of Samui, perfect for couples and families but only a 10/15 minute taxi ride to main part of Chewang Beach which we did often. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle. This trip was one for the books and we will without a doubt be back to stay at the Sheraton Samui!!
Location is great, just on Chaweng beach, good if you have a car or a motorbike as it is a bit far from shops , restaurants etc. We loved the location as it was more relaxed and not too busy, likewise the beach was not busy at all.
The hotel looks very nice, you can see the potential it had few years ago, I'm sure it was a really popular destination. The villas with the pools beside the sea are really great and the view is awesome.
Looking at previous reviews I think this place is underrated. The villa I was in was spacious and quite, with an amazing view. Chaweng beach is just a few minutes away by motorbike, which can be easily rented next door. The restaurant may not be cheap by Thai standard but I think it’s fair by Samui standards, I couldn’t eat cheaper in a any decent restaurants around that area.
This is a very nice resort, excellent & friendly staff who are very welcoming and they really seem to like to work there (good atmosphere).
Great location with a beautiful beach (white sand, clear water and easy slope) at 5 min walking.
Extra bonus is the wonderfull and very populair Mekong restaurant that is situated in the resort. Excellent diverse menu.
Amazing villa atop a mountain in Koh Samui. phenomenal view with two pools, taxi service, and food service (Fred and his wife can taxi and prepare food upon request but at their availability). We stayed in unit B8, which we argue is the best villa because it has a pool, mountain and ocean view, and it’s on the 2nd level so you have privacy.
Very nice view of the sea but no beach. Facilities are okay but you can tell it's been a while since renovation has happened. The staff is lovely but the facilities are a bit downgraded. It's an isolated place and you need to use a motorbike or taxi to get to the more busy streets.
Lovely and well maintained Villa. Good space and equipment. Comfortable. Jungle and Sea View, a pleasure for the eyes. The access is challenging, but can you get used to it, and then you realize it is good to be close to the beach and Chaweng but still a bit out of it.
Absolutely stunning views of Chaweng beach, friendly service (John was attentive and easy to deal with), very large duplex property with lots of space and comfortable sleeping arrangements and modern design - very clean and you always feel amazing when you wake up!
Location of the hotel is amazing. It is called Coral Reef for a reason since the beach is full of corals, fish etc. It is like swimming in the aquarium.
The hotel restaurant is very good, better than most of the similarly priced restaurant in the city centre,
Location right on beach😍
Not far from airport (20 minutes)
Nice breakfast for Thai and foreigners.
Golf buggy to take you to top of resort if required.
Great pool bar 👍
Lots of markets and bars locally, and just 10 minutes from busy noisy town centre 👍
The most exceptional service of any hotel we’ve stayed at. This is a truly five star resort. Brilliant food, the most caring and genuinely happy to serve you staff and and outside range of facilities on a great beach. We will be back!
beautiful location, tucked away in a little tropic paradise. you are surrounded by nature! you walk over the road and you are then practically on the sand of chaweng noi beach!
